Thursday 16th January 19.00 - 20.00 Quainton Memorial Hall As part of the Monthly Breathworks: 'How To Meditate' is a session on how to be mindful and gentle with ourselves while we meditate. By remaining non-judgemental, we can learn how to sit with our thoughts until we move through them, thus regulating the body and our emotions. Anyone can take part in this session.
